"Dr. Pilcher is pleasant and competent. However, his staff never called in my prescription and when I called the office to follow up, the individual did not bother to check my chart. Instead, she gave me a scripted response that it takes 24 to 48 hours to submit a prescription order. Gee, the other doctors in town submit it to Walgreens within minutes. Either a turtle is their carrier or the front desk does not care about the patient enough to check the actual chart and offer to follow up. It was a wasted visit and waste of time. So I’m still in pain and away goes the $50 copay down the drain!"
"Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and professional…..except the lady at the front counter checking people in. She was very rude. This is why 4 stars and not 5. She should consider that she works with the public and should at least try to be professional."

"I have had good results going to Dr Pilcher. I have had a partial knee replacement yrs back with a prior doctor and had some problems ever since. After seeing Dr. Pilcher he works with me trying to keep me moving, even after a second surgery to relieve pressure off my knee several months ago. He takes the time to talk and explain things without rushing in and out. So with my experience, I have no complaints at this office with Dr. Pilcher or his staff which is just as caring. ❤️"
