"I’ve read the reviews and the diet patient was treated unfairly. I’ve visited Smith clinic three times in the past year or two and each time I’ve found the current staff worked to get me seen in a timely manner unlike other local clinics. Urgent care at the hospital isn’t really up and running yet. Dr. Mason is a thorough and knowledgeable doctor. I give the clinic four and not five stars because I was once double-billed by accident- but the fault is with the billing company and I think they should take a closer look at how many patients get double-billed through their billing company."

"I went in for weight loss and diet consultation. The staff there was courteous. My height and weight was taken and my general health history was obtained. When it was time for my blood pressure to be taken an accurate pressure could not be obtained. Even though it was taken by two different people. This was due, as I realized later, to the tight fitting blouse I was wearing. The sleeve had a non elastic band that came down to the elbow. The nurse had pulled it up under my arm and cut off the blood flow to my arm causing the pressure to rise. I was seated in an exam room with the door closed and told the physicians assistant would be with me shortly. After 30 minutes I had to open the door because there was no air flow in the room and the temperature had become very warm. The physicians assistant came in , we talked and she said she would call me to let me know if diet medication would be ordered. That was on Friday 4,21,17 and this is Tuesday. I called yesterday and was told the PA had left for the day but would call. I still haven't heard a word. They did however Bill me $90 for an office visit. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone."
