"I went to this office with the sudden onset and my regular office could not get me in and I didn’t wanna have to go to the emergency room. I actually felt too sick to go sit in the emergency room. It was just before they closed and they took me right in without appointment. I had the flu. I saw Deena and she was wonderful. I had to make 3 more visits since then for acute illness. I saw Rick and Mrs Thrift… They have all been wonderful. The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love not having to make appointment. I have had less wait time than at my family dr. Everyone that I have recommended to go there has called me and thanked me. They are right across from the Social Security department Downtown. Thank each and everyone of y’all for seeing me every time."

They get you in & out but with service that is hard to find in these days. I’m so grateful for their kindness & compassion. "I want to say first, everyone here is so wonderful! This is a wonderful medical office! I am visiting Waycross from out of town. I called here 30 minutes before close because my daughter needed medical attention this evening. Another urgent care was not willing to help me today and by the time I found this place it was close to closing time. They did not hesitate to help me! They got us right in and tended to my child. I appreciate the help they gave us so very much. You don't really find this level of care, compassion, and consideration anymore. Anyone who is looking should absolutely consider using this medical office for their needs!"

"I went Thursday, March 21st. They were all so nice & I didn't have to wait like I do at the ER @ Hospital. They were very professional & listen to me with concern. Found out I had flu & they gave me meds for it. They even gave me an antibiotic shot & steroid shot. I'm already feeling better. Next time I get sick, I'm going to Ware Express. Thanks so much."

"Amazing! After sitting for 2 hours at ANOTHER local urgent care and not even having been put in their system, I was relieved to find a place that truly got you in and out. As soon as I walked into Ware Express, I was greeted and given papers immediately to fill out. Within minutes was brought to the back. Within 30 mins I had been diagnosed, given a shot and was going home to rest! All the patients who had been in the waiting room with me were checking out as well. Will be back!"
