"So I want to start from the beginning of our experience there. We waited in the lobby for about an hour and then we were in the back for about an hour and a half. When he checked our 4-month-old daughter's ears he pushed her head down and held it really hard. He left a few fingerprints. And when you put the instrument in her ear he roughly shoved it in, I've never seen someone handle a baby so rough nor have I heard a baby scream like that. We were also told that she was going to be getting three shots in one needle, and when it came down to it she actually ended up getting three different shots. We immediately said we were changing doctors after we left that building. I don't think a baby or child should ever be handled like that and I think something needs to be done about it."

"This man is a Quack. His nurses aren't qualified for nursing. How they have a degree is beyond me."
