"I have worked on projects with PK off and on over the years. I am always impressed with their craftmanship and professionalism. I have been involved as a trade partner with their projects and every project I have been a part of the client appears to love the end result! I highly recommend working with PK construction."

"Driving under the speed limit in the left lane with nothing but clear roads in front from 2-70 to House Springs with 30+ cars piled up behind and the PK driving is laughing about it. I'll never recommend this "in the way and proud about it" mentality. If this is how they operate on the road I can only imagine how they operate their bussiness."

"I agree completely with Charles C. The estimator suggested a time and materials arrangement for digging a trench on the exterior of my garage so it could be waterproofed. He said it wouldn't take long. The ditch digger goofed off as much as he worked, which I complained about. Even after knocking something off my bill to make up for his loafing, I was charged over $11,000 for digging and backfilling a trench 6' deep and the width of a 1.5 car garage! After a couple of requests I got an answer to what their ditch digger's hourly wage is...$70/hour!! What a rip!! I've searched the internet and the highest hourly wage I found, nation-wide in 2022, was on Ziprecruiter...$27.61/hour! Steer clear of this company!"

"Warning to those who do business with this company. I will say that I was definitely the fool to enter into an hourly arrangement with Troy, and the $3000 I spent on basic demo for the floor of a deck is more or less money spent on a life lesson. I am writing this as a warning to others: They will charge the same exorbitant hourly fee for whatever they do. Some shady stuff: a supervisor will charge for supervising himself, alone on a property, sort of thing. They were prompt, I will give them that."

"The plumbing inspectors only turn in paperwork to the scheduling office once a week, so the time between your first visit and actual repairs can be two weeks. The plumber who did the repair cut crooked lines in the drywall to access the pipe. I do not recommend them for plumbing work."
