"If you have a class A motorhome don't even bother stopping here for any kind of help. Your class A will be referred to as a "camper" that needs to go to a "camper place" to get any kind of help no matter how desperate you are. Very condescending service manager. Turns out my problem was a simple repositioning of the ride height valve. A valve that most trucks have. A valve that Truck Country in Davenport was able to diagnose and repair in an hour. I arrived at the facility by 9am. I left at 5pm. Had to spend an extra night at campground delaying our family reunion. Then had to drive 11.1 miles to Truck Country at a blistering 5-10 mph. All because we had a "camper '. Stay away from this place if you have an RV.j"

"Beyond unsatisfied With MHC KENWORTH!!! Was charged for something they didn’t even fix!!! I was told my leveling valve was installed incorrectly! So I told them to “FIX” whatever it was that was wrong! Didn’t even bother to call me when my truck was done!! Once I got my truck back Leveling valve was untouched Literally Called to ask what exactly they fixed & my “ friend” JOE said I wasn’t going to be able to visually see the repairs! What a joke!!! I want my money back MHC KENWORTH!!!!"

"Recently purchased a truck through mhc. Sales team was great. Problem is I was told everything was going to be up to DOT inspection when I received the truck. I purchased sight unseen so that sounded good to me. Went to have thr truck inspected at my shop and he ended up find 1700 dollars worth of air leaks and small dot things. Recently found out ac isn't working. I've been asking for a month on and off if they will cover it. And now I've stopped hearing from them. When you spend this kind of money on equipment. It would be nice to have the dealer make sure everything is 100 percent."
