"Last summer I had a pin hole leak in a water supply line in my basement ceiling that was saturating the ceiling and carpet below so I had to turn off the main water supply until I could get it fixed. Today my furnace stopped working in subzero temperatures so another time when I needed help fast. Both times they came and had things fixed in about an hour with a polite, understanding demeanor the whole time. Being a female sometimes they treat you like you are stupid, but not these guys. Their billing has also been fairly inexpensive from my experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
