"Called in advance of visiting the store, spoke to Linda, to inquire if they had specific mattress I could test before purchasing, they indeed did. Prior to arrival Linda communicated an alternate mattress to consider just in case the one I had mentioned wasn’t to my liking. She went above and beyond with assistance, very patient and pleasant. I ended up buying the alternate (Nectar) as it was way more comfortable, even less expensive than my original plan. Delivery and set up was flawless. I couldn’t be happier, my sleep is so much better."

We came in with a budget set in place and he made sure to keep us in our budget with still having a great quality mattress. We ended up walking out with even more than just a bed."

"Never using mattress firm again solely because of this specific store. At first the man who helped us was very nice. Kept pushing a credit card when I literally already had one and told him that and he kept asking and finally had to, in a more blunt way, shut him down. We were told the following Thursday night we’d get a call from the delivery partners to be able to choose a time, and even had them out in my husbands phone number since he’d be the one home. Thursday night 7:30 rolls around and still nothing. Call the store to figure out what’s going on and was fought tooth and nail that, long story short, everything was our fault, or maybe we gave the incorrect phone number. Funny enough he read back our exact phone number they should’ve had so there went that argument. Also we were lied to and they do not give you an option on time for them to deliver. It’s 2024, I’m not sure what the issue is or which 80 year old put that policy into place but I highly recommend looking at Best Buy, Lowe’s, and others for their delivery policies. People work and have lies, not sure how hard that is to understand how idiotic and ignorant that policy by itself is. Anyways, missed a few hours of work so I could get the mattress delivered anyway since it’d be another month before any of us would be available, after a few nights on it we decided we didn’t like it and wanted to switch it out as much as I didn’t want to deal with these people again. Also found out the guy charged us a restock fee for our broken mattress we originally put the warranty claim on, so we used that credit for the delivery fee we had to pay for AGAIN. Night before, still did not receive a call. I’m livid. I literally have never hated a business so much in my life but when I tell you that mattress firm is literal flaming hot garbage? Take our word for it and don’t deal with them or give them your money. Still not even entirely happy with our mattress but I don’t care at this point."
