"This five-star review is for Ms. Michelle and Ms. Lorraine who took precious time out of their day to organize my room because I’m unable to do so myself. These women are so compassionate to my needs that they continued to ask me how I wanted my room organized, even though I can’t walk through it. I can’’t thank Ms. Michelle enough for her daily care of my needs; she has truly changed how people move throughout my room, and I now know how to direct others when they ask me where my daily care products are located. Whether Ms. Lorraine is cleaning our clothes or our rooms, she does so with great care and timeliness. These two women are some of the best you’ll find anywhere!!"

"Current situation...If you're loved one is here, please take heed quickly! Any cna, lpn, RN, and any medical staff should be trained & certified in CPR legally! R.N. nurse literally chose to make light of a serious situation as well as, she refused to follow the familys request, and even proceeded to ignore her duty as a professional medical employee to "take care of & provide safe medical care to patients in her care". This all leading to a very critical and dire situation that is NOT fixable....why is she still employed?????? GEORGIA MEDICAID/MEDICARE/PEOPLE PLZ STEP IN IMMEDIATELY!!! NEGLECT AS WELL AS MALPRACTICE...leads to DEATH!!! If you don't do your job, peoples lives are in jeopardy. Don't guess & assume you know everything...take precautions, think ahead, do what's right, and save lives!!!!"

"The staff at Arabella gave our father exceptional care during his stay for rehab. They demonstrated team work and genuine concern for his wellness. I would recommend this facility for all my loved ones and yours."

"Most of these girls are angels ( Ms Pat is ausome!) but upper management and staff are horrible. My dad spent nine weeks there for so called rehab and said he'll crawl on all fours before he goes back. They told him to poop on himself because they couldn't get a bed pan to him. He had sat on dirty bed pan for over a hour because they couldn't get to him and on and on. I don't see where these resent positive revues come from. Food is horrible also. If you love your loved one's keep them out of this place!"

"My mom is currently at the facility and they have been very supportive to help my family make the best choices for my mom care. Keisha M the social worker, Chloe, Erika (wound care nurse), Leah (PT), and April (nurse director) all have been supportive and attentive to our concerns."
