"Always. Always. Always there has to be a super rude person working here. I went in today with my daughter to get her drivers license. I had called earlier in the day to see what I would need to bring. They couldn’t give me a straight answer. ???? I brought everything I could think of. Her permit, her passing drivers test, both of our SS cards, proof of residency, her birth certificate and insurance card. They called us up. Instead of saying I need…… she says what ya got? Rudely. I handed her the stack because I don’t know what she needs. She slaps what she doesn’t need back up on the counter, tells me open the letter with my proof of residency and then doesn’t say another word. We stood there waiting and she finally said go around the corner and wait. Her name was Hope. It was on her shirt. Short, heavy set blonde woman. Man I hate going there but there is no other choice. On a positive note the lady doing the eye test and having us sign documents was pleasant."

"Hands down, the most incompetent DMV office I've ever had to deal with. Staff is rude and apparently makes up rules as they go along, despite having proof in writing to SHOW that they're wrong. Save yourself the headache and drive to any of the offices in neighboring towns. They're much kinder and more knowledgeable about their actual jobs."
