"I was early to my appointment - expecting to wait and was presently surprised to get in early. Dr Sanders was interested in how my summer had been, gave me a cortizone shot, and encouraged me to do PRP to avoid knee replacement surgery. Thanks CSM&O"

"Can’t say enough about Dr. Sanders and his staff. These folks are on point in every aspect of the process. Coming off my surgery 3 weeks ago I feel great and confident my issues are fixed. I feel like he identified my problem and was able to come up with a great plan for success while keeping me informed about how these things were going to affect me and my future. It was great knowing my health was taken serious and the whole experience was worry and trouble free. Overall great experience working with Dr Sanders. Hopefully you won’t need him but in the case you do i can promise you are in good hands."

"Maybe I caught him on a bad day, as I am honestly surprised at how many five star reviews he has...Upon making the original appointment, I asked to be paired with a doctor who had ample experience, was told by reception they don’t hire anything but. I arrived-wait time was normal. Seeing the nurse first-normal. Taking X-rays-normal. Aside from the fact they refused to check with my insurance if they would be covered. (Have never had an issue asking a clinicians’ office this before.) After waiting in the room for another ten minutes (listening to the sound of Dr. Sanders and a woman aimlessly discussing empirical research outside my room rather than coming in and completing my visit) the next person to walk in was a young woman. She’s a PA who graduated in the last year. She went through her questions without engaging much discussion about postural habits or daily body use. Very rote in form. After that, waited another ten minutes before Dr. Sanders came in. He was with me for a total of 7 minutes at most. His explanations were fast, dehumanizing in that there were no options given for treatment, and perceived a bit degrading. I felt like I was being talked to as if I was a five year old with no understanding of how my body works or the pain I was experiencing. He was persistent on his plan being the only option. I was prescribe six weeks of nerve pain medication with little explanation or availability to discuss as to why. There was no PT scheduled, no asking if I was okay with the plan, he didn’t even bother to show me my x-rays. As I was leaving, they handed me my follow up to show that I would meet with the newly appointed PA in six weeks. Needless to say, I walked out without scheduling. The next day I scheduled with a different orthopedic office, had a much better understanding of what was happening with my neck and shoulder, along with an invitation to start PT ASAP. I also got to look at my X-rays and see what was going on. Was even told the original prescription was not appropriate considering how little nerve pain I was experiencing. Needless to say, if you want to feel less like a human and more like a number…go see Dr. Sanders. I appreciate and respect his tenure and education, but his bedside manner is worse than talking to a pile of manure."

"Dr Sanders was very thorough in explaining my condition, possible corrective surgery, and recovery expectations. He took time to answer my questions and concerns. Much better than other doctors I’ve seen, therefore making me feel comfortable in my decision to go forward with surgery. It’s very important to me that I understand as much as possible about what is happening."
