"I began training at Infinity in December. I have practiced yoga for 10 years but had never done resistance training. I decided to try Infinity because I needed someone who could show me the proper postures to prevent injury. I have leaned so much. My trainer, AD, listens and adapts to fit my needs and skill level. He and I have had some great conversations, and he makes training fun and educational. The facility is wonderful - neat, clean, great equipment, never over crowded.
