"I have been going to her for years. Sometimes there are wait times but whos doctor office doesn't have a wait time. Hers isn't as bad as some others i have been too. She has always been very straight forward with me about what i need or not need to do. Her staff is very nice and accommodating and she is as sweet as she can be."

"I've been seeing Dr. Holmes every couple months for a few years now and have always had a great experience. My wait times have never been long, and the doctor and nurses are always super sweet and welcoming. The appointments never took long, which I appreciate, because she knows what she is doing. She has removed and biopsied numerous spots and each appointment went extremely smoothly.I was always in and out in about 30-40 minutes. :)"

"Takes entirely too long...but she’s the only dermatologist in Auburn...you book an appointment 6 months out and when your appointment finally comes you wait in the waiting room for a minimum of 30 minutes followed by a lifetime in the exam room. Then, once Dr Holmes finally gets to you she looks at you (doesn’t touch) gives you a medicine that, if you’re me, wont help you, hit you with a nice sized bill, and tell you to come back in 6 months...it’s truly frustrating when you have a real problem going on. I’m going on minute 20 now in the waiting room and will likely find a new doctor in the Columbus area. It’s worth the drive not to wait and leave frustrated."

"Had my first visit for a full body skin cancer check today. I completed the medical info last month online and arrived on time for my appointment. I was placed in an exam room close to my appt time. Dr Holmes was very personable and professional. She removed a lesion from my back which will be biopsied. She addressed all my concerns completely. The office staff was very helpful with my return appt and when to expect results of the biopsy. I recommend her if you have concerns about the condition of your skin."

"They constantly over book appointments which means if your appt is at 1pm you will be waiting till 2pm just to get called back. Then you will wait at least another 45 mins just to see Dr. Holmes. Oh and the best part is, when you finally see her she will spend only 5 mins on you and slap you and your insurance with a whopping $300 bill for a 5 min treatment! She goes entirely too fast so she cannot give the proper care, attention and diagnosis. Oh and I was able to write this review sitting in the lobby 45mins and still counting. This all happened the first time I came but now I see this is the norm here. Horrible wait time for super fast service is what you get here."
