Welcome to Auburn Family Medicine, a trusted healthcare provider located at 665 North Dean Road, Auburn, Alabama. As a cornerstone of our community since our founding in 2008 by Dr. Keith Bufford, we have been dedicated to delivering high-quality family medical care to the Auburn-Opelika area. Our practice has grown alongside the community, expanding our team to better serve your healthcare needs.
Our team comprises experienced and compassionate healthcare professionals committed to providing comprehensive care for you and your family. Dr. Brandon Hammond, DO, a graduate of Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, joined us in July 2020. With a passion for family medicine, Dr. Hammond is dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of his patients through personalized care and community involvement.
We are excited to announce that Dr. Ashley Lane, MD, will join our team in January 2024. Dr. Lane brings expertise in chronic disease management, preventative care, geriatrics, and women's health. Her commitment to improving patients' overall health and daily lives aligns with our mission of offering compassionate and effective medical care.
Our team also includes Christy Young, FNP-C, a skilled nurse practitioner with extensive experience in emergency care. Christy is dedicated to providing attentive and thorough care to our patients.
At Auburn Family Medicine, we prioritize evidence-based care, ensuring our patients receive the best treatment possible. Our clinic is recognized for providing effective diabetes management, reflecting our commitment to high-quality healthcare.
Please note that in observance of Labor Day, our clinic will be closed on Monday, September 2, and will resume regular hours on Tuesday, September 3. We are committed to your health and safety, especially for those with respiratory concerns, and offer initial screenings for coronavirus testing when necessary.
