"I go to a lot of concerts and am a big believer in protecting your hearing while having fun. Preventative care for the win! A lot of the hearing offices around Auburn are geared towards older clients and hearing aids, but this office is great if you want to get preventative hearing protection as a younger person. You get custom ear canal molds made in-office that are sent to a manufacturer to create earplugs that fit like a glove. They made sure to use a manufacturer that will keep the ear molds on file for a while so you can reorder if you lose the custom earplugs (let’s be honest, it happens). This was a surprisingly hard thing to find - the other offices I spoke with only give you one mold and work with manufacturers that throw the mold away after creating your earplugs - meaning you’d have to get more molds created if you want to reorder. Doctor Rose is great and cannot recommend them enough! GO GET HEARING PROTECTION, KIDS!! There’s free basic earplugs in the lobby and custom ones take just a few weeks + are more comfortable. It’s an absolute necessity that we don’t talk about enough. Especially if you’re finding yourself in front of speakers and in loud places often."
