"I love to support local businesses and use motomart often. Unfortunately, over the last month, there “pay at the pump” has been non functional every other time I stop in for gas. This is enough of a inconvenience for me to start buying my gas elsewhere. PLEASE get your pumps in order so we can shop snd buy in Fairview. ☹️☹️ Thank you."

"Came in tonight to get ice and a couple treats with my kids. Unsweet tea was empty, unsweet raspberry tasted terrible (old). When we got up to the register, the cashier didn’t say anything. I greeted him. After ringing items up, he didn’t offer a bag. I put the items in my purse, and THEN he asked if I wanted a bag. I said no thank you. I finished the transaction and he just stood there. Didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt, didn’t respond to my ‘thank you’ or anything. If you’re that miserable, just don’t be in that line of work. They’re too reliant on customers using the self check out that they completely lost all sense of doing the bare minimum of speaking to customers. Terrible."

"We went in for a drink. We had to pull our 3 coffee cups and 5 lids to find 1 that was intact. The coffee prep area with cream and sugar was filthy, and the cream dispenser was out of order. Everyone was bottlenecked trying to get to the drinks and the register to pay."

"Nice store, clean, nice selection of product. Price on shelf don't match what it rings up. Cashier leaning on register. Looks so sad, she needs to stay in the back. She definitely hates her job and it shows. Not the first thing I wanna see when I walk in."
