"Great experience for touch washing. Quick and a variety of washes. While using the free vacuums, a piece of wooden trim that popped up from weather conditions got sucked into the vacuum. Luckily understanding and polite staff Haley went out of her way to search through the system and even went further to push the system through with a pole. Together we found the piece and I feel extremely comfortable with getting understanding and helpful service from Brite WorX!"
"Love the carwash but the vacuums don’t suck. Sometimes you have to drive from bay to bay to find one that works. Also, the nozzles don’t stay on the hoses either. Frustrating!"
"Nice very clean car wash with free all the time vacuums. The drive in belt is flat and doesn’t touch the tires so it does not damage tires or rims and super easy to pull into, so great! Cleaned my car very well and they offer free drive in again if the car isn’t clean time. first time. My SUV sensors were not damaged and the tires and car sparkled. The vacuums had great air compression and lifted up tiny pebbles stuck in my hatch latch that other car wash vacuums never did. So, it’s a five star car wash. I definitely recommend BriteWorx car wash on Manchester in the St. Louis area. Nice employees and super clean."

"Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Paid $20 for a wash and expected to have a clean car. Not to mention the spot I pulled into to vacuum wasn’t working either. My car should not look like this after a $20 wash. Unacceptable. Never will go here again!"
