"Stopped in ..to grab some beauty supply items since I was in the area...first thing I noticed when walking into this establishment.....was how rude ...the retail service lady was.......no hello...no may I help you find anything... nothing!!!....and the male that was standing behind the counter with her ...didn't say a word neither...Pretty much negative vibes from the start!!..Then I approached the lady because I needed some help finding a hair product....and she was super rude and had an attitude....after she showed me what I was looking for... I decided I didn't want to purchase anything from them..I decided to make that drive into town and go to another beauty supply store....soon as I walked into that beauty supply store...... I was greeted with a "Hello"..'May I help you find anything''...Now that's an example of great customer service!!!..Y'all lost my business!!"
"They have decent products and a variety as well In hair care, but never open on time! As a stylist I have attempted to rely on this business for my needs as nothing is open before work and very little open when I get off . Business hours say 9 am .. today is Wednesday went to buy product and no one was there . Myself and 2 other waited in the parking lot until 9:15 then left. Y’all are losing business"
