"Possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel was under renovation, which should have been disclosed at booking. When I walked in, I wasn’t even sure if I was walking in the front door. The pictures on the hotel website show a hot tub and decent breakfast. We were informed that the hot tub had been removed. The breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches, bananas, cookies and yogurt. Not even coffee. Nothing at all like pics. The room had a very funky odor. The bathroom and carpet were disgusting. There were four of us and the room only had three thin stringy towels. When I asked for more they said they’d look into it and let me know if I could get more. No follow up as promised and I asked two more times to no avail. The a/c unit was so loud and the room was freezing when it was on and a sauna when not. I typically do not blast a business like this but it was just awful and definitely not worth the price."

"If it's possible to be clean and dirty, this is it.... They are in the process of remodeling. The room looked nice, but after settling in - everything was not as it appeared. The front office tried to convince me a bug I killed on a napkin was actually food. Everything appears new, but the microwave however had a mind of it's own."

"Overall the price is definitely not worth it.  The owners are obviously trying to get things in order and make improvements.  There is no way they should be charging what amounted to $175 a night, even after all renovations/changes are complete. - Front desk staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful, however they had to call someone to help solve seemingly easy problems. - Rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, although others we knew staying there were not so lucky and had to have their sheets changed. - As others have mentioned, hotel was under renovation and a complete mess. - The breakfast room was under renovation so breakfast consisted of frozen sandwiches you needed to ask for.  They also had bananas and apple juice.  As we had teenage boys with us, this was not ideal. - Our first room faced a brick wall.  When we asked for a new room for our second night, we were moved to the room next door so now our view was half a brick wall and a dumpster. - Neither room had soap in the shower dispenser.  When I brought the empty dispenser down to the front desk, it took 10 minutes and a call to someone off-site to find a replacement. - Rooms were inconsistent.  Microwave in one, not in the other.  No coffee makers in room. No phones. - The coffee maker in the lobby ran out of coffee, which required another call to someone.  Then they ran out of creamer. - They fully charged our card up front for both night stay."

"The staff at the front desk was so nice. The hotel is under construction but it was still pretty quiet. I felt like it could be cleaner but it could be because of the work being done. The hotel is in good proximity to multiple restaurants and stores. It was only 13 minutes from where we were going and we could see fireworks from the parking lot."

"The room was HORRENDOUS! There was dust, all different types of hair, black dots, grass chippings all over the sheets. You can tell it was not cleaned properly. There were black dots all over the bed, it was more than likely bed bugs. The stairs to get to the second floor were disgusting. It looks like they haven't been cleaning for days. The building smells musty and looks horrible, there was a window that was messed up. I can say this was a very horrible experience. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel if I were you. This was my experience with this hotel though. Sleep at your own risk."
