"I purchased a black 2019 Kenworth T680 from Arrow. 2/15/24 - I went to pick it up. The truck had been detailed and looked very nice; really nice. As I pulled away, I noticed the odometer read 56,876 mi. Which was odd, because the truck I was supposed to be picking up should have had 506,000 miles. I took the truck to the Kenworth dealership next door only to find out that the ECM displayed 27,000 miles. This is a 2019 fleet truck, no way it had either of these miles. I left without the truck, as I await the maintenance history report from the fleet. 2/21/24 - I took possession of the truck after tracking down work done to the truck to verify mileage. Feeling very relieved to find out nothing major is wrong with my truck. A few minor things as expected with this purchase, but nothing major. I’d like to commend Arrow (Brian & John) for their continued concern about making sure I am satisfied with my purchase. They have been diligent in communicating with me through my concerns. The NTP warranty that I purchased and the warranty offered by Arrow will be taking care of the minor issues discovered. Thank you for selling me a quality truck. It's rare these days that you deal with people of there word, these guys make you feel like your they only person on earth, there nit praising themselves or patting themselves on the back I'm doing it, I bought a 2017 Volvo daycab, I had a few issues, that where major too me, but they handled my problem very smoothly, will have a life time relationship with these guy, as long as they are selling truck, and me still driving one! "This is one week after l bought this International Lt and l'm now paying for everything because they told me that their 90 days confident guaranteed warranty does not cover this issues. l was able to deliver one load since l bought this truck, first day l pick up the the truck they had to fix the AC they had no choice because it hot that day and same day after driving 200 miles it lost coolant due to a failing water pump and 1 blow up tire, Now they said l'm on my own since they had payed for water pump that they thought l should have went through my personal warranty. So go figure"
