"Every point of interaction was great! Yes, we had to wait in line but that is to be expected at any car rental place. We reserved an SUV to take our daughter to college but then found out that there is a mileage max so we would have been charged double. Instead special shout out to Brad who was able to rent us a VW Taos instead of a mid size Malibu. He even gave us a discount since we have AAA insurance. The car was big enough to fit all of my daughter’s belongings for college and was comfortable for the long drive. I felt safe in the vehicle and it did not use a lot of gas. Thanks to Brad and the manager Allison who made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely rent from Enterprise again!"

"Cancelled my reservation that I made weeks ago the day before (great, no car to see the eclipse, and no other options since they cancelled so late). They said on the phone that this has been happening on a recurring basis throughout the surrounding St. Louis area where they have been consistently overbooking beyond their capacity. If they know this, why hasn’t it been fixed? Why call the day before?? They must have known beforehand that they wouldn’t have a car. I have had multiple other bookings cancelled the day before at other Enterprise locations in the past. If you want to actually have a car after reserving one (crazy, right?), Enterprise is a business you want to AVOID!!! Edit: In response to the reply, with an over 50% historical cancellation rate from Enterprise anecdotally, this cannot be attributed to “outside of your control”, but to poor business decisions that need to be fixed."
