"Bought a new F150. Sale and finance was easy, no problem. I live 60 miles away, so I some what traveled to get this truck. The truck came with a dealer installed leveling kit. About 1000 miles in I'm hearing squeaks from the suspension and I noticed the front bumper was not installed level. I reached out to my salesman, he responded stating he would have service reach out to me. I waited multiple weeks and never was contacted. Seemingly forgot I was a customer after the truck was sold. Thankfully my local Ford dealer identified when the lift was installed, it was not torqued to spec and that's why it was squeaking. Seemed a bit concerning considering I had just gotten back from a trip to Tampa with my family in the vehicle. They were also able to level the front bumper. Next time, I'll save myself the 60 mi trip and wait a week or two to get the truck from my local dealer."
