"At the beginning of my service/repair experience it was not good. I took my car in for some problems wasn’t able to drive the vehicle at all. Got my car back within 7 days after having my car for about 2 hours it basically died on me again so I had to get it towed again. Most people would be livid and angry rightfully so, but at the end of the day it helps to be understanding that not all problems are easy one even with great technicians. After having a couple respectful and understanding conversations on what happen and how I was feeling they lowered the cost of the second repair that was going to be needed. Which i agreed was a far deal and was happy with it as long my car would be ready to go and no more problems occurred. Probably a week maybe a couple days less I get a call saying my car is ready so I go down and pick up we sit down and talk. having went over the paper it seems like they had todo a lot of extra repairs more then they anticipated but they did however mention that my experience and story was kinda brought up. Long story short they cover the entire cost of the second repair. It helps to be understanding and calm in times of frustration. Most people are just trying their best and I appreciate that. Honest good work. From the Service adviser and manager and mechanics. Last note they did a good job of keeping me informed on my repairs"
