"We love our 2023 Rogue that we purchased at Kunes. We have not been very happy with service department. The work they do seems to be good. However, when we have gone in for simple maintenance appointments we wait for crazy amounts of time. It will take an hour before they even pull our car in. I know this because my phone shows when the car starts. The first time we didn’t complain but when it happened a second time we decided we would say something when we got one of these reviews."
