"Just because I have a job that gets paid $19 an hour does not mean I am able to afford anything I want including a frivolous fee placed on me that would have never been in my budget to begin with ie a lawyer so I appealed the decision that I could not afford one and lo and behold when they reviewed my finances they granted me a public defender but the state public defender in this instant did not go hard for a win against the State Persecutor ...go figure"
