"We were driving today from Hwy 431 towards Abbeville on Co Rd 99. Apparently, there was road work going on with a vehicle pulled partially off of the road. No orange “flag man ahead” sign in sight. All of a sudden, a male with a vest starts yelling and waving his hands for us to stop. This guy was rudely yelling...” didn’t you see the stopped vehicle!!!). Again, no orange signs, no flag AND no stop sign which is usually present. I will be reporting this to the Alabama Highway Patrol."
