"We had an expensive roof repair a year ago, it still is not fixed. They won’t return our calls or emails. I’ve tried for 6 months to have someone talk to me and no one will return calls or emails. We are now starting the process to take them to small claims court. I have the paid invoice and a list of the work that was suppose to be completed that wasn’t. I do not recommend this company. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any company ever in my entire life."
"Had them assess a roof leak. The estimator Robert was very professional. He quoted a price. I agreed and paid $4900 down. When the workers showed up, they said the roof could not be fixed and I needed a whole new roof. It's been over a month and I still haven't received a refund and the manager Michael and the office has stopped responding. I simply want them to repair what they agreed to or refund my $4900. I realize the storm may have them busy but at least they could return a call."
