"I live here with my mother as her live in caregiver. We absolutely LOVE it here. Haven’t really had any problems with any of the neighbors or living here. The apartments are very clean, maintained, and kept up well. The property manager Keisha is very friendly and takes care of problems as soon as she hears about them and can get to them. We would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for somewhere nice to live that is quiet and friendly."

"I think these apartments are some of the best in the area. They’re cute, comfortable, and are kept very clean. Maintenance can be a little slow, but I’ve learned with emergencies they get with you really fast. The old manager was terrible. So strict and nosey. But the new management is so friendly and helpful. She has helped my families apartment experience a bunch. I’ve never had an issue with noise or bad neighbors. I know the wait list tends to be long, but I assume it’s because no one wants to leave. I would recommend living here to friends and family."

"This would be a very nice complex if it wasn’t for the managers and this place being up your business and So strict .They are nasty and rude. They showed up at my door with 5 policemen and gave me a lease violation for my kids being too loud and having my kids father over without letting them know. I don’t know how loud a 3 year old and 7 month old could be . I’ve only been here for 6 months and I’m moving out asap. DO NOT RENT HERE the rules of no candles and let them know when you have company the unnecessary inspections etc are CRAZY"

"I don’t live there but I have been helping a family member try to deal with the landlord for close to a year now. My brother is the caretaker for our mother. There is medical documentation she needs him there. She tried to get him kicked out for having visitors. She told him as a live in caretaker he isn’t allowed to have visitors at all. In the Q&A for this place they say your kids basically aren’t allowed to use the playground during play dates and after all this I’m not surprised. She rarely if ever gets anything fixed yet during inspections she will tell them how they should clean and organize the apartment. My brother was told to move his TV because she simply didn’t like it where it was. She went through their mail to try to say they had unauthorized tenants. We had to get the police involved because the regional manager is her friend(so basically don’t expect any help there). We are trying to get them out of there as soon as they can afford to move. If I could have her fired for harassment I would be ecstatic."
