"Dyess Air & Plumbing might boast a stellar 4.9-star rating with 1.5k glowing reviews, so clearly, "Customer Satisfaction is Our Top Priority." But today, it seems one of their service trucks took that motto a bit too literally. While turning onto Harville Rd in Statesboro, I noticed a truck riding my bumper like it had a plumbing emergency of its own. Despite hitting 55mph+, the service trucks decided probably passing going 80pmh+ into a double yellow was a good idea. I have no doubt their services are top-notch, but a little more patience on the road would go a long way in keeping both customers and the rest of us safe. After all, we’d all like to arrive alive to enjoy that “top priority” service!"

"Joseph was great! Knowledgeable and personable. He determined the problem and will provide a quote for services needed for two potential scenarios with a pipe replacement. These guys were fantastic! Austin and Xavier got started and encountered a few problems with trapped siding and pipes fed through concrete. Since this was a replacement of pipes for insurance, a simple job became complex. Paul arrived and he and Xavier capped off the original pipes and ran the pipes through the attic to make sure the job was done properly for insurance! These gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable; we were so grateful we made the decision to call Dyess Air and Plumbing and they have earned a loyal customer.
