"Hendrix came out right away when water started pouring from my ceiling and walls under my unit. Edwin was polite friendly and knew what he was talking about! He was incredibly thorough on his inspection and explained everything to me in a way I could understand in addition to showing me pictures of the issues so I didn't have to go in the attic(I have claustrophobia and my attic isn't very big). They came out early the following week as promised and were efficient in solving my drain line issue, both Edwin and the other technician with him(who I wish I caught the name of) were extremely professional and helpful and I cannot recommend them and Hendrix enough. Thanks again!"

"As far as the service, I'd give it 5 stars. Aaron Jacob's was super polite, quick, and also thorough. The only reason I had to drop a star was the almost daily cancelations for 8 days and having to cancel my own appointments trying to make sure I'd be there. Completely understand not being high priority but after a week, was a bit frustrating."
