"The station is nice enough. Our son rode home from Chicago and the bus was 2 hours late. Then the driver couldn't figure out where the station was and basically dumped everyone 1/2 block down the street."

"They need to post outside where to be As Greyhound pulls up. Does not post Greyhound anywhere Also the man there told my sister she had to get her ticket on line.he said Moline doesn't sale tickets and they do. We could have stayed in Moline to catch the bus."

"Here for a 3 hour layover from 11:00-14:00 The restaurant across the street Sippi's is nice, but this bus depot is absolute garbage. It was hotter inside the terminal then outside. There is absolutely nothing inside for patrons and I mean nothing. Homelessness must be off the charts here they have every single power outlet boxed and pad locked, forget about trying to charge your low battery here it ain't going to happen there are no vending machines either, no shops, nothing but a couple of benches and more security then you'd expect this little depot to merit. They close at 5pm regardless of any arriving busses. And the local scavengers will be waiting. Had 2 encounters already, and that was just crossing the street.... to the weary traveler, seek no rest here for it shall not be found."

"I haven't been to the city buses & the Greyhound Trailways bus station for days. It's a dent enough place. I'm glad they have a actual cop there that's qualified instead of a security guard that couldn't run fast or have the strength to detain somebody till back up comes. Customers must pay close attn to the other people. Some people start trouble there."

"Easy to get around inside as it's wide open, that's the only thing going for it. Inside and out is dirty. The bathrooms were not usable they were so bad, trash and nasty everywhere. The uncleanness kept me from eating at the on-site food place. There isn't anything to do within walking distance if you have a layover. There's an annoying tone they feed to the outside PA, assuming to keep loitering down outside. Even though there was security, I didn't feel safe inside. I walked right past the security guard who was to check if I had a ticket and didn't. I will be avoiding this station at all costs next time I travel by bus."
