"Been here for under a year and just got notice of my SECOND price increase. Not sure what the price increase is for, nothing is even maintained. They are asking for more money on an already overpriced unit while not making any changes on their end. Glass and garbage all over the grounds. Loose siding and J channel hanging off the walls, just very poorly run and maintained in general. By the way, all the wires of their security cameras have been cut and have not been fixed, this is why theft is such a huge problem here, they’ll get in and steal your stuff and the contract states the owner is not responsible for any theft. These people are scum, avoid this place unless you are a thief, in that case, this is a great spot for you to hit!"

"What a disgrace not only to the neighborhood, but no regard for existing tenants or potential tenants wanting to rent storage facilities. This facility is located on Lincoln and central park. If you have a unit there, you might want to check it. Several units have been broken into."

"The lady in the office is very sweet and professional. Had a little trouble with paying online and she went above and beyond to make sure I got refunded."

"Ridiculous policy of not pro-rating days with a move-out scheduled. Charged me $253 for an entire month with a move-out scheduled for the 8th. Front desk ladies are wonderful. Manager, however, clearly has little to no experience in customer service. Additionally, there was no snow/ice removal from entrance to indoor units. I had to shovel my vehicle out after getting stuck attempting to get to the indoor units and the following day the moving company was unable to get their truck into the indoor area because of the snow/ice accumulation. This caused the move to take longer, costing me more. Absolutely unacceptable given the rates. DO NOT RECCOMEND!"

"Alert don’t use this storage they broke in and stole all my daughter stuff and it was clean floor was swept I know this was a inside job they have cameras and said the wires was cut a month ago but never got them fix they are behind all of it I want answers about they stuff some items can’t be replaced her and her husband work to hard for low life don’t wanna work people wanna take from hard working people please don’t trust your stuff here the front desk people who you trust are behind it all these are God children he will see them through this and will take care of the people behind this y’all will suffer really bad just know God know he see everything you can’t hide your ugly ways from him and again we need answers starting with the people in the office now . DON’T trust nobody at this place them 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is fake HAVE A BLESSED DAY"
