"By far the best bbq I've ever had! We had the platter, brisket ends, and smoked apple crisp. I swear we had a religious experience with how good everything was. The smoked meats melted in our mouths and the flavor was perfect. Will definitely be going again."
"We ordered the platter. Came with 4 sides. Little cups of bbq, pickles and pickled onion were a nice touch. Brisket had a pepper rub that I loved. We had half the meat, 2 Jimmy rolls and half of beans leftover from two people eating. Take it to go and sit by river or it’s a short drive to Bellevue State park with wonderful views. Will make a special trip again."
"Had the brisket sandwich with the brisket Mac and cheese as a side. Oh my goodness- the best Mac and cheese ever with the most tender brisket on the sandwich. And the smoked cherry cobbler… I was texting friends before the meal was over. Came all the way from Dubuque and it lived up to the hype. 10/10 - would come again!"
