"I waited 21 minutes for our food after I ordered it in the drive thru. Got home and we were eating our food and my bf found a long curly brown hair in his shake. Neither of us have brown hair or curly hair!"
"We love that the Sonics have a nice variety of different "burger joint" kinds of foods from but, they all seem to also exhibit bad customer service at their drive through windows, most of the time. This visit was like that.. The girl at the speaker taking our orders was rude. She kept Not listening to us, cutting us off, and just a stank attitude in her voice the whole time. Almost always when we go to a Sonic, there is usually something missing from our order. Either someone's Fries or Tater Tots will be missing, my son's fries were missing, again! Smh... and then the food wasn't even as good as usual. My burger sucked. Got the new Garlic Butter burger, (I think that's what it was called), it was a mess and not cooked well. We ain't going back to this Sonic for sure. We do Not recommend this Sonic to anyone."
"Don't bother trying to use one of the parking stalls, they'll send you to use the drive through. Incredibly slow. Order is not right or not a good temperature half the time if getting food."
"I think they were a little short-handed, but most likely due to the holiday weekend. The staff was friendly & our food was worth the wait. Giving 5 ⭐ as I appreciate those having to work during the busy holiday, and trying to keep up with everyone."
"Ordered a popcorn chicken combo ( with jalapeno bites) on the app. After arriving and waiting for quite awhile someone finally came out and informed me that the fryer leaked out and they were unable to make my order. I understand things happen so I asked for a refund, they told me since I ordered through the app I would have to contact customer support for a refund. After several emails I still haven't received my money back. On the online form I provided the order # and all the required fields, then emailed back they would lije a pic of the receipt. Sent a screenshot of the receipt, they came back and said they needed a pic with the total in it. Sent a pic of that and still not enough info for a refund. Not sure why a customer who paid money for food but received none isn't immediately taken care of? I guess times have changed since I worked in the restaurant business. They did offer a coupon for a future visit, but I just wanted my money back."
