"If I could give a negative number, I would. Becky at the window had no shame. I was with my husband, daughters, and mother. She was selling it out the window. She kept talking about money and telling my husband to come back over 15 times. Said she'll give him something for free, repeatedly smh. And the cherry on top she wrote a love note on the recite signing BECKY, so he'll know who to ask for. I'm telling you her neck was stretched out the window and trust she could only hear when she wanted to. Watch out for BECKY she gives Becky's in the parking lot for free. If this is how your company train there employees it want last long. There is a difference from doing your job and hitting on married man while there with their family."
"I HATE the AI ordering - want to talk to a real person, which finally ahppened after the AI order taker was unable to answer my questions and I was holding up the line. Got the chicken bites for my toddler grandson, and Mr Picky Eater devoured them and ate a good amount of the fries! My burger was good and the sweet tea was good and sweet. Please add a kids menu -- Jack missed his chocolate milk!"
"We came to this location and we decided to try the new chicken and fries basket. It was really bad super rubbery seemed like popcorn chicken and not wings like advertised. The workers were super friendly and helpful."
"After 5 months thinking they would improve, i go again to order my deep sea double and i see female employee dropping it back in the fryer after being already cooked, just wrong! I rather wait 7 minutes. I'll post a picture next time without a fail. Yummmmm, double oil soaked fries. I'll keep sending secret shoppers."
