"I’m gonna be Real with you, I love coming to the store . The people in here are very nice and sweet. I have no problem with anybody up in here. I normally come in here and get the Breakfast platter. It’s always fresh and they always ask me if I want any sauce or if I want anything else. I really appreciate them and the morning!!! I also come here in the afternoon and get a number 4 and the people are sweet and kind"
"I love this place I really do… I came in afternoon and got a number 3 as a large combo and the food was so good the lady that took my order was so sweet and the young man that was up there…. The dinner room was very clean and bathrooms was good also. I enjoyed my time there and would 100% come back"
"Regular visit around 2am . When I let PTSD win n give up on sleep. Same lady at window each time. She is fast and efficient always friendly never makes a mistake. She even counts change back. That is rare for this day and age. Where people don't know how to count backwards or sign there name. Don't know her name. But she is dark skinned. She deserves a raise . Couldn't think of any reason you could refuse her of a raise. U want good help you pay good . Bump her up to top of your pay scale she earns it ."
"I ended up getting the wrong meal and didn't realize it until i got home, i called to let them know and the supervisor was like oh thats odd because we gavent sold any of those sandwiches within the last hour.. i was given someone elses food and of course I didn't take my receipt that day either which I was told that was the only way I could get my food so i showed her on my phone my recent transactions of my bank account at hardees at the time I went through the drive through and she still wouldn't make my correct food and when I told her I wasn't leaving without my food she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the property immediately... bad customer service!! She also made it seem as though I was trying to get something for free and all I wanted was my meal I paid for... what a joke!"
