"These guys showed up promptly after my call when my pump went out. Bill had great communication via phone and texting, and reasonable prices. Would definitely use them again if I needed repair or a new well. The new wiring and plumbing looks excellent also. Thank you!"

"Wrights Well Service has been helping me and my family since we bought our home in Chipley. Every thing from Well testing, to pressure switch, to pressure tank to new pump. They are honest, and just tell you what the problem is. Along with possible solutions, and more than fair pricing. Their experience and responsiveness is unmatched. Yesterday I backed in to my well piping. They were here and had me up and running in no time flat. I trust them to give my well the care and craftsmanship needed to make sure my family is safe and happy. They won’t sell you what you don’t need, nor will they sugar coat what you do need. Honesty and integrity is key as a contractor in any trade. This company has it in spades. Thanks again for getting my repair done so quickly! You saved my family hundreds of dollars in hotel costs. Safe to say I’m a customer for life. I recommend anyone reading this to have Wrights well service take care of you too. You won’t be disappointed!"

"“WELL SATISFIED “. They showed up on schedule and worked their rears off. They drilled, installed the pump and cleaned up. A few days later when I wire the pump and turn it on it didn’t run. I called and they were out in a couple of hours, and at night too. Ended up it was my mistake a they wouldn’t charge me."

"I called them to fix my pump. They made an appt for the next day, but then called & asked if they could come that evening, I obliged. They said I would have to prime it everytime the electric goes out & that's no good. Told me cost was 1250. So 900 sounded like a deal. They said they'd install the next day. They never called or came. Then they called & told me they ordered a pump & would install on Monday. (I never signed a contract or really okayed this) Monday comes & no show, no call. I figure I'm off the hook. They call me the next day AFTER they installed it, when I was not home. Who installs something without the owner there??? They left a mess of tape & wire all over. ( I picked it up & piled it together) They don't bring a bucket to catch water & make holes in the yard. They don't fill them in. They left loose unwrapped wires hanging out. They never checked the pressure on my tank. I was having air come out with the water. When you do a job, you'd think they'd do it all the way, not incomplete. When the guy came to collect the money, (no names or introductions were given, they weren't very customer oriented) he brought his son (?) with, so who could complain or really say anything (?) I mentioned the tank pressure & he was telling me I needed a new tank, instead of checking the pressure & repressurizing it first. He reminded me what a good deal I was getting... A 1250. job for 900... He had no compressor with him to do it at the time. But I paid him anyway. If I hadn't called about the bare wires, they would have never checked the tank pressure... Meanwhile they gave me no info on the pump they installed & I wasn't home to see it. I asked for the name of the submersible pump & they said, hallmark. When I asked again for info regarding the pump, I was told, "a pumps a pump". Which it is not. The cost of a hallmark pump ranges from 85.00 to 290. The check valve & pressure switch I'll say was 100 at the most. It cost me 900. I feel ripped off... They came back to put air in the next day & had to use MY electric to charge their compressor. The whole thing was so unprofessional. They weren't very friendly & as an older woman doing this alone, I feel ripped off & like idiot, for being bamboozled by these guys. I would rather have gotten other estimates before I gave the okay... Supposedly there's a warranty on the pump, but I have no info. I don't know how long it took them to install it, bc I was not home. If the pump cost 100 & check valve & pressure switch was 100 (at the most, they got 700.00 for their labor. ) By not giving me the warranty info, I'd HAVE to use them if I have a problem. The whole ordeal was bad business in my opinion. I hate to give someone a bad review. I didn't feel comfortable saying anything to these guys with no names, so here it is in black & white. I don't know if any of them was the owner... I just went to to hook up hoses & there was an orange tie down in there. The guy that collected the money, said it was there in case somehow the wires loosened, the rope would hold it up. Today, after their visit, the rope was gone! They sabotaged my pump by untying the safety rope!!!!! Then they had the balls to come here offering cash to remove the pump. I'm calling another well company, the attorney general, the bbb & anyone else I can think of. These people are DISHONEST!!! Don't use them!!"
