"So I started my journey with Glynco CrossFit to improve my run time and push up challenge I needed to meet for work( 1.5 mile run in 15 min and 24 push ups). The instructors helped me so me so much and went at my pace when it came down to the work outs. I started with my 1.5 mile run at 18:47 and I could only do 5 push ups in 2 months I was able to do 1.5 miles in 14:44 and 26 push ups ! I definitely recommend this CrossFit and the instructors are amazing !"
