"Actually, this was terrible. It took ten minutes and three cashiers for me to purchase a pack of cigarettes and a body armor. The first cashier, very young was scrolling her phone the entire time. When I asked if they had a bathroom, she says.... " Ummm not right now. " What does that even mean?"
"I HATE this Dollar General. Every time I need something quick and easy, they are closed. So annoying..... Online says they are open but it seems like they are never open after 6pm. Plus the store is disgusting and unorganized"
"I took my 3 yo granddaughter we got what we needed. Lady in front of us had a buggy completely full. And it took the cashier 10 minutes to call another cashier. Literally myself and 3 other customers checked out and this lady was still being rang up. Nice store well stocked. But no customer service."
"They really deserve NO STARS !!!! I just want y’all to know what I went through today at Dollar General. I was treated VERY VERY RUDELY, where I had to call the police because the worker refused to scan my things because I was taking too long with the transactions , I told her I had 3 different cards because I was picking up things for people at my job. She told her Manager not to ring me up and she started ringing up everybody behind me . I felt embarrassed and less than . She told me her customers are in a rush and tired of waiting and I need to hurry up . I told her I am a Customer as everyone else and she refused to scan the rest of my things which resulted in me calling the police on her."
