"The screen on pump #3 is hardly legible. A large dark spot makes reading said screen almost impossible. Had to go inside for a receipt as well. Hardly a surprise. Shell needs to police their operators better."
"Gas station clerk eating an ice cream the whole time while ringing me up. I asked if they let her eat while ringing customers up. She said yes, I don’t get breaks. I said as I understand that. But an ice cream while touching people’s items your ringing up. That’s not professional and your hands are dirty."

"The night clerk is very rude to customers. Had a cussing shouting match with a customer in a very busy store and in front of a small child. His reason for profanity was "well she did it first and I was mad". No excuse for a store clerk and I don't see a need to ever go back there to listen to him cuss and rant again"
