"I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla in for the regular oil change service and inspection. The service advisor (Ann Marie) handled my car service promptly since I had made an appointment. While waiting I enjoyed the coffee amenities provided for cusromer's which was recently improved ! I was notified when my car services were finished and payment was taken . While waiting I also was looking around showroom at a sporty hatchback which was out of my price range, but a sales team member (Zachery Mielke) engaged with me about the sporty car and then we started talking about me possibly getting a newer lower mileage Corolla since mine already had over 240,000 miles. After a no stress conversation and seeing that sales was professional in helping me with my options I walked away with a lower mileage 2022 Toyota Corolla and a new warranty ! My overall experience was professional , courteous, and prompt . I always enjoy coming to I-95 Toyota for service or sales!! Great job !"
