"The bed was far too soft and spongy, and the rooms air conditioner was quite noisy. Not a good night's sleep. We're used to better beds at Fairfields."

"I stayed at this property one time prior and thought it was clean and nice. We stayed a second time and woke up with blood on the pillow due to bug bites. Clearly a bug or more were in the bed. My baby and toddler were staying in the room as well. The next morning at home I woke up with blood again on the sheets and found bed bugs. I have reached out to the property and they said "thanks for letting us know." I have reached out to Marriott Customer Service three times. Every time they tell me someone will reach out in 48-72 hours and I've been battling this for 2-3 weeks now. They just keep lying to me. I am a travel agent and always book Marriott but I will no longer be booking any of your properties."

"Very convenient location right off 95. Good access to St. Simons Island and shopping. Definitely a smaller hotel but well maintained. Our room was clean and smelled nice but the water pressure was piddly and the toilet handle would stick, causing it to run. The staff was friendly and it seemed like most of the customers were staying for business. Will return when staying in the area."

"There was staff to greet you at the front desk & they offer an outdoor pool, exercises room, daily breakfast 6 am-9 am and a very clean room with plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps. The curtains close all the way with no outside light coming in. There's a desk & chair plus an additional chair in the corner. They offer a large TV, AT&T cable. The shower is tiled with plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. I stayed at many hotels in the area over the years when I came up, but this one by far has reasonable rates & plenty of parking spaces and is well lit.. There is a mini refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven.It's walking distance to Toucans Ale House they have live bands Friday & Saturdays till 10 pm, they also serve lunch & dinner there. Waffle House, Subway, Chinese eat in or carry out. Winn Dixie and Dollar tree, and several convenient stores to fuel up. It's off I-95 at exit 38 it's on Perry Lane Road behind the Shell station."

"The bathroom handicap shower is a hazard. First night here and I took a shower where I closed the shower curtain completely and when I got out there was water all over the ground that even my floor towel was soaked. I slipped and almost fell on the concrete floor from the floor mat being so wet coming out of the shower. There's also no fan to vent out the steam in the bathroom. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall and looks like black mold under it. The couch and pillows have stains all over them. I tried to go work out in the gym and couldn't because of their water filter machine. Doesn't work and it looks like it hasn't worked for a while. Also the water machine is filthy dirty that needs cleaned. The only clean objects in the hotel room are the bed sheets. I TOOK PICTURES, PLEASE TAKE A LOOK"
