"NASTY!! pee stains on beds and pillows, we gagged when we walked into the room, it smelled so strong of URINE, there were blood stains on mattress covers, and food crumbs under the blankets. Our experience there was cut very short, we checked out right after checking in. And they refused a refund. This hotel isn't even clean enough for my dogs to stay! I will never make the mistake of coming here again. The front desk workers here showed no remorse and never apologized for the condition of the room. They didn't care at all! Sorry excuse for a hotel."

"The hotel itself is “okay”…..I won’t be staying there again. The beds are HARD and very difficult to get comfortable in, the hallway carpets are stained and very unappealing, plus the bathroom in our room had toilet paper all over the floor. We didn’t THROUGHLY check the room before saying it’s good. We went to the beach and came back after staying our first night and upon bathing my children I noticed a dirty disposable razor under the toilet between the toilet and bathtub…..I was not happy at all. On the 2nd morning, there was no breakfast because “the water was being tested”. I fail to see how cereal in disposable bowls affected the water or having bagels and muffins like they did the morning before did. Each time we would walk out of our room, the cleaning staff (barely spoke English) would continuously ask if we were leaving. After repeating ourselves several times we would just walk away and try to enjoy our family vacation."

"Affordable. The book was nice and comfy. However, room was musty smell. AC blew cold for a lil while then warm. Very disappointed no running hot water not even lukewarm. Complain about this my whole stay. Be patient with staff English is not their 1st language."

"We only stayed one of the two nights here. Apparently they have remodeled the second floor but we weren't allowed to stay on the second floor because we were traveling with a pet. We were given a room that wasn't clean or upgraded. I was able to work it out with Best Western reservations as well as Kevin the front desk manager. I received a refund for the second day and all of my bonus points back. Kevin was gracious enough to let us have our points and refund due to the unacceptable room. My bed was dirty so I pushed all the covers off of it and used a beach towel to cover up and a stuffed animal as a pillow. The TV didn't work, there was no coffee or coffee pot, the beds look like they haven't been changed comforters had holes in them. My pet couldn't even sleep in that room."

"An overnight stay off I-95. Rooms are small. Mattresses appear to be old. Big hole in wall in bathroom. Killed 2 bugs. It's the south so expect to see occasional bugs but hopefully only dead ones. No soap in our room. Cell service did not work in our room but worked outside. Internet code we were given did not work either. I booked online and paid $80. Walk in rate was $60. Best advice is to book upon arrival. It's a hotel that appears to be trying but just not there yet. It is pet friendly which is why we stayed."
