"Robbie with T&E was a Godsend. I was blocking traffic on Altama Connector at Golden Isles Parkway for over an hour while I waited on AAA to send their tow truck. Finally the responding Glynn County Police Officer called T&E, and Robbie was there in 5 minutes. He got my car to start, followed me to the Ford dealership in case I broke down again on the way, and then refused to accept any payment or tip. "My husband mistakenly locked the keys in the car. So I called this towing company, and the guy said it will be $60. The guy told me to call another wrecker service because I asked him if he was going to use a tool that will not scratch the vehicle. I guess he was having a bad day! Response to owner: You are very unprofessional to be in business since 1983 then. I asked you a question "Could you do it for $40?" That is a question, not a bargain. I didn't ask you again. You said, "No, my driver will not come for $40." Then I asked, "if he was going to use a tool that will not scratch my vehicle?" Then you said I need to call another towing company. I did, so thank you because Big Bear towing gave a great price without me asking him anything. Big Bear towing was very professional and efficient!
