"This place is some place that is a usual stop for my loved ones and I was shocked to hear a very rude employee complaining to my loved one and telling her she needed to leave because the self check out was sounding the notification alarm because the previous customer had stolen their item. She accused my girlfriend of being rude because she wouldn't silence the alarm, as if she had a way to do it. All my girlfriend was doing was waiting to use the self checkout due to the long line at the register and ended up getting berated buy the cashier. If you don't want to work at a convenience store, go work somewhere else. Customer service needs to be a keystone element in that industry."
