"Dropped my car off for 2 weeks. They didn't have my car done by the date I needed it. Tech lied about car being rusty. Yes it's older 2009, but not rusty. Was quoted 1950.00 for initial repairs which I approved. When I went to pay it was 2100.00. Owner didn't seem to care about the employees lying to me. Take your business else where. They will lie to you and over charge you. As a former service advisor and auto mechanic prior to my Leo career I am not new to how shops work. This is definitely not the place to go. I couldn't perform the repairs on my car due to a surgery having me on light duty which is the only reason I dropped it off. Car also has a small tin type rattle near my fuel rail which it never had before. Car also needed new engine mounts and a new valve cover gasket which I knew I needed but they never once mentioned it or tried to upsell it. They missed work on my other vehicles too. So if you expect them to do an inspection don't expect much."

"Passing through on Saturday afternoon when my truck broke down. Spoke with Wendell, he said he could have it diagnosed and fixed on Monday. I had it towed, Wendy greeted me. Bobby, the mechanic did just what was promised. The brakes feel amazing. Thank you for taking the time to show me what happened and explain it. All of the staff were very nice, and professional. Thank you all for taking care of me and making what could have been a real nightmare a pleasant experience."

"Do not go here!!!! I had taken my car here because it was overheating. $566.99 ESTIMATE. Paid $69.70 only for them to misdiagnose my car. Then the next day, I went to the O'Reilly Auto about a half mile away and had them put my 2009 Cadillac CTS on their computer, and they told me that the problem was a Cooling Temperature Sensor. The part cost me $37.99 plus tax I went home, and with the help of a YouTube video, my boyfriend and a trip back to O'Reillys to get the right socket... fixed the problem myself. Not to mention how rude the office staff was with me... I told them I was going to take my car because I couldn't afford for them to do the work. Because at this time, I believed them that this was the issue. They then told me then that it would be $69.70 for the estimate. I paid and told them that this price should have been made clear to me before they did the estimate. Because if it was, I wouldn't have had them touch my car. Because that's $70, I could have used toward the actual repair. That's when the girl in the office got rude with me and said "well we can't do work for free." I told her I wouldn't expect them to. What i would expect is for the price of the estimate to be made clear prior to them touching my car. That when I came in, at that point, i wasn't thinking. All i was thinking about was blowing my engine because my car was overheating. Once, I went home and had a chance to compose myself. I thought about it, and I knew for a fact that the fans were cutting on because I had checked myself to make sure. The reason I had is because I'm a female and have been taken advantage of by mechanics before. So especially IF YOU ARE A FEMALE OR DO NOT KNOW ABOUT CARS DO NOT TAKE your car here."
