"I wasn't going to leave a review but after getting 5 review requests from this company I figured they really want a review. The work on the car after my car accident was good quality other than the shop putting on a wiper blade in the wrong direction. The communication on the other hand was very much lacking. I asked them via phone call and email to look over the car while it was at their shop for almost a month to see if there was anything else that needed to be done (outside of damage from the accident) and they didn't respond to the email but told me over the phone they would look over it and get back to me but never did. When I went to pick up the car after they were completed with it I asked about a few other pieces and asked why they didn't replace those parts and their response was that it wasn't part of the damage from the accident. Had they honored my request I could of had them replace those parts while the car was there but they failed to honor that request. I had to call them a couple of times on the day it was ready to verify that it was ready for pick up and they got back to me when they were about to close for the day and I rushed over there to pick up the car at the end of the day and they informed me that insurance told them to tell me to turn in the rental car that day although I still had a few days left of rental coverage. Insurance never contacted me directly about that and the rental car company verified my coverage was still active until it was originally due to be turned in. Not sure why Burnsed told me I had to turn it in that day when it was impossible time and location wise and the fact that they are not the ones who controlled rental coverage. If the only thing you are concerned about is the quality of work than I guess this is a good place to use but if you expect good and quality conversations about your vehicle while it gets repaired you might want to consider other options first."

"On February 7th, I was on my way from work when a doe ran out infront of me, it was so quick that I didn’t even see her coming. Since moving here, we’ve been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn’t be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn’t hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would’ve been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within’ 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I‘m soooo happy with the results and I’m so happy to have my car back. Thank you to the Burnsed crew for taking pride in your work and treating the car as if it was your own."
