"I rented this storage space online. I spoke with representatives 3 times that same day. When the moving company shows up to the property to unload my belongings. It still had an active renter. It took them 2 hrs to resolve this issue. Had the audacity to ask me to do the process over again to rent another space & pay again. I was soooo displeased by this & answered with a firm NO! CHANGE INFO IN YOUR SYSTEM, YOU'RE MISTAKE not mine! That's the reason for ONE STAR! POOR employee work ethic! A monkey with a note in it's mouth can do this job!"

"Renting from Midguard Storage was an absolutely terrible experience! There is no human on site. If you need help, you have to call the company headquarters in who knows where USA. The agent “trying” to help you has no clue about your rental facilities or will be able to help you in any way! THEY DO NOT PRORATE AND OVERCHARGE!!! It seems inexpensive on the front end, but you pay dearly when you are locked into the contract! Our daughter decided to go to college at Georgia Southern in Statesboro, GA. My husband and I live 9 hours away and had never been to the area. I talked to a representative in who knows where USA and asked if the unit we were considering was a good location. We were told it was a great location. We were very misled! The unit we were assigned was elevated feet off of the drive on a slope! Our daughter will be at this college several more years with graduate school. We tell everyone we know to NEVER rent here and to spread the word. Friends of our daughter had great rental unit experiences in other parts of Statesboro. Good Luck!"

"Initially, everything was just fine. I was pleased with the price and the courteous service. I signed a contract and then was told I had to have insurance as well. Well, apparently that contract only protects them because less than six months later I get a notice saying my rent went up approximately $35. When asked why, I never received a response. Then today I received another notice that my rent is going up again. In addition, I still have to pay renters insurance. No reason has been given why and within a year my rent doubled. I’m very disappointed."
