"This was by far the worst experience with any company I had. Took my car there around December 2022 to have the quarter panel changed according to certain specifications as it was a rebuilt title and needed to be inspected. The owner assured me that he understood the procedure and the job would take around 3 weeks. Around the sixth week I called to get an update, car was not ready. Around March I got tired of waiting and went to get the car. This was where the nightmare began. I was told in order to get the car I had to pay $1400. Had to call the police. Price quickly went down to $800 which was still unacceptable for the quality work. When I took home the car upon closer observation, there were more damaged to the car than when I took it there. The doors, roof, trunk and roof was covered in rust from them cutting metal close by and not covering those areas. Now I have to spray areas that did not need spraying. The hot metal chips also got on the rear glass and I was told might have to be changed too. The inspector inspected the car and fail it for the quarter panel repair saying improper repair and that they cut the area under the quarter panel that should not have been touched. In order to pass inspection I would have to reinstall quarter panel and change the area under the quarter panel that they cut to factory specifications. I was so close to just taking the car to the salvage yard for parts and just be done with it. I will include the pictures before I dropped the car off and the after pictures."

"The service from these people is terrible and unprofessional. They take too long with deliveries and the date they say it will be ready is never true. The paint they use is of very low quality. The owner is a hostile person, unprofessional in customer service. Honestly, this site is a waste of time and money."

"Dustin has been an absolute godsend when it comes to our vehicles. He has worked on two of ours so far, and I’ll be bringing my own vehicle for some upgrades. Not only has he been helpful, informative, and patient with all our projects and needs, but his wife is also a blessing. She’s super sweet and funny, and good company if you have to wait for a few. She’s quick to find parts we need and to reach out to other automotive sources for things we need, to cut down on wait time. All around a good business to invest in, because they’ll be sure to invest in you and your vehicle(s)."

"If I could give it less than 1 star I would, my partner took his car for a paint job. The paint he uses is cheap, not to mention the work that is bad. The owners are not at all professional and do not meet the delivery days. Jen is one of the owners and her attitude towards the client is terrible and ordinary. We wasted time and money (because they didn't return it) with these people who don't know how to do a good job. These types of merchants should NOT be sponsored anymore. I would definitely never recommend them."

"I just had body work, paint and a windshield replaced in my vehicle at Goode Customs. Chas done an outstanding job repairing and painting my vehicle. I love it and it looks great. The only downside to this show is that, you aren't given a computerized quote to show you the repairs that are being completed and the time it'll take to do the work. Overall, I am very satisfied with repairs and painting of my vehicle. I don't have to worry about riding in a vehicle with worn out paint. I am so excited. It's just having a new vehicle in my driveway. Thanks Goode Customs. You all are awesome and you all done a great job."
