"Absoultely Unacceptable Never Answer The Phone!, Sat on the phone for over 10min to be told by customer service auto center is closed 3 hours before they are suppose to be!"

"Was told they had 2 60 dollar tires in stock. When I arrived I was told they only carry 92 dollar tires. I asked what was the price with taxes was I was told 108 dollars. When I finally had the tire put on I was charged 117 dollars. The service was quick but they need to get Thier prices in order."

"Great service and very honest. I took my truck in to get an oil change. They took care of me and my truck. Not to mention that they were very professional and quick. I was there for maybe 15 - 20 mins. Definitely will go back. Thanks guys for the great service!"

"Fast service, but not great. Oil change was quick but also asked to get a headlight replaced while I was there. Picked up the car and was told they couldn't replace the headlight because they couldn't get to it? Went home and changed it myself in two minutes, but hey they left me a free pair of pliers under my hood too."

"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Jesup Ga tire center. They opened at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. I was there at 7:30 am and was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs to put on my 4 new tires, which i ordered from wal-mart online, and to change my oil. I was told there was only 2 people working that day which was ridiculous for a Saturday morning when most people are off work. I did some shopping which took about an hour and then went to the waiting room for the tire center to wait the additional half hour. I noticed that the lady working on my car kept coming inside to chat with the lady working the counter. She would come inside and get on the computer trying to help everybody that came in even though there was already someone else to do that. But the gross part was her hands were extremely filthy. They were black as smut and she touched the keyboard! But if that wasn't bad enough she went to the cooler where shoppers could get drinks to purchase and touched several drinks trying to decide which one she wanted. Disgusting! The other guy that was working with her would stop and take a smoke break whenever he wanted. I ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hrs. It was 10:45 when they finished with my car. I understand that sometimes things happen which will make things take longer than normal but when the staff is not trying at all then i have a problem. Also, when i got inside my car to leave there was black filth on the drivers door inside in several places. I will think twice about going to this tire center again."
